ACCESSIT'S HOLLYWOOD SOFTWARE TO PROVIDE FOX ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC. WITH INTERNATIONAL MOTION PICTURE DISTRIBUTION AND MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

MORRISTOWN, N.J. - March 31, 2005- Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. ("AccessIT") (AMEX: AIX) announced that its Hollywood Software subsidiary has been selected by Fox International, a unit of Fox Entertainment Group, Inc. Fox's CIO, Janet Woods, added, "Fox has a proven history of investing in technology solutions that address the many complex issues confronting our ever-changing industry. Domestically, Hollywood Software's suite of distribution tools and expertise allowed FOX to significantly increase the efficiency of our distribution organization while carefully managing on-going support costs.
