MORRISTOWN, N.J. - April 18, 2005 - Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. ("AccessIT") (AMEX: AIX) today announced that Ravi Patel, President and Chief Operating Officer of it's FiberSat Global Services Division, a satellite uplink provider will be speaking at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, Monday, April 18th. Mr. Patel will join leading experts on a panel entitled, "Preventing Digital Piracy in Satellite Program Distribution." NAB 2005, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, runs from April 18th to 21st.

FiberSat Global Services, based in Los Angles, California, provides satellite uplink services including broadband video, data and Internet transmission and encryption services for multiple customers in the broadcast and cable television and communications industries. FiberSat, the 24/7 network operations center or NOC for AccessIT's end-to-end digital cinema content delivery system, which to date, has delivered 12 feature Hollywood films and almost 80 other forms of content including a concert to digitally-equipped theaters throughout the United States.

Mr. Patel will present an overview of AccessIT, focusing on the encryption and security measures currently utilized by the firm, as well as those that will be necessary to minimize digital cinema piracy. He will discuss in-depth, security issues related to content handling and storage, transmission and exhibition.
